          In a business world where common sense is not as common as it should be, Floor Plans continues to prove that Customer Service and Total Quality Management are the keys to success. By simply meeting and/or exceeding our customer’s expectations we’ve built a foundation of repeat customers who confidently leave their flooring concerns to us.

          In 1996, Floor Plans began with a no-nonsense approach to Customer Service. Founder and President, William B. Garrison, puts it like this, “By prioritizing our customer’s satisfaction above the bottom line, I’ve found that we usually both come out ahead. Customer satisfaction is just good business – it’s as simple as that.”

          The concept of Total Quality Management is what sets us apart from the rest. We've implemented systems designed to track such things as timeliness, preparation, and overall quality of our installations. By keeping tabs on how we're doing, we feel more confident in our attainable goal of servicing the customer to the best of our abilities.
